Information we collect
We collect a parent or guardian’s email address when they request a free sample, purchase a product, request access or contact support. For paid orders, Razorpay processes payment information and provides us with transaction identifiers, status and limited customer details. We do not receive or store full card or bank credentials.
Activity preferences
Age range, available time and mood selections used by the activity picker are intended to remain in the browser unless a parent explicitly submits them for packet generation. We do not ask for a child’s full name, email address or account.

Service providers
We use Hostinger for website, database and mailbox services; Brevo for transactional email and contact management; Razorpay for payment processing; and Meta tools for advertising measurement when enabled. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Advertising and cookies
The website uses essential cookies for secure purchaser access and advertising technologies such as Meta Pixel to measure visits and conversions. We never send a child’s name, mood or activity choices to advertising platforms.
Retention and security
We retain purchase and accounting records as required by law. Expired access tokens and unnecessary technical identifiers are periodically removed. We use hashed tokens, secure cookies, access controls and encrypted HTTPS connections, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete eligible personal information, unsubscribe from marketing, or request information about your records. Transactional emails needed to deliver a purchase may still be sent.
