How delivery works
After Razorpay confirms a successful payment, the website opens the purchaser’s activity library and sends a secure access email to the checkout address. Access is usually available within minutes.
Returning later
Use “Already purchased?” on the website and enter the same email used during checkout. If an active purchase is found, a one-time access link will be sent. The response does not reveal whether an email exists in our records.
Download format
Materials are delivered as digital PDF files or browser-based planner pages. To avoid very large downloads, products may be organized into daily or weekly packets rather than one combined file.
Delivery problems
Check spam or promotions folders and confirm the email was entered correctly. If access has not arrived after a reasonable period, contact support@kidsdailybooks.com with the payment reference. Do not send card or banking credentials.
